GRTensorJ Teaching Downloads

GRTensorJ - Books is an active interface to part of the computer algebra systems GRTensorII (for Maple) and GRTensorM (for Mathematica). It contains the Java interface GRTensorJ updated by Kamen Angelov. The intent is to provide students of general relativity with an advanced programmable calculator-style tool for evaluating all standard functions and reducing them to "elementary functions". This is not a traditional database. The database entries are spacetimes and calculations are done in real time as you wait.

In order to run this package, your computer must have either Maple or Mathematica installed.
You do not need to have GRTensor already installed. Your computer must also support Java.
